Mohit Tyagi, aka MT Sir, the IIT Delhi alumnus and co-founder of Competishun, is back but not as a pitcher. He’s here with 13th Some Lessons Aren’t Taught in Classrooms, a Sony LIV original series inspired by his own journey through competitive education, ambition, failure, and redemption.
The same MT Sir who once pitched an ed-tech startup in Season 3 and walked away without a deal is now headlining a show that’s already creating waves. As Shark Kunal Bahl perfectly put it: “Pehle pitcher banke aaye the, funding nahi mili… iss baar toh poora show mil gaya!”
Talking about the full-circle moment, Mohit shared, “The last time I stood on that stage, I left without a deal but with a fire lit inside me. That journey led to 13th, a story not just about me, but about every student and teacher fighting for a second chance.”
