The plot is based on a Bombay Cop who’s an alpha male fearless and work like a mafia to tackle crime of Bombay of 80s .
In first half the story starts where Deva Aka Shahid Kapoor portrayed as a rage cop who is fearless and due to his attitude get tagged as a Mafia as he don’t just bear any kind of minister powers .
The story kickstart with Shahid Kapoor being a cop of Bombay police showcasing the crime entailment and doing encounter of thieves. But due to some reason his fellow cops whom he consider as a brothers as he lost one of them.
While he try to investigate the death of fellow cop(brother) he met an accident and he loose his memory …so the story is based on that and lastly Pooja Hegde turned out to be a daughter one of junior cop daughter.
The story is all about a cop who being turned out to be engaged in murder of his fellow cop and later at the end it shows Deva 2 might have been planned .
Music plays an important role with Bhasad Macha and marji cha maalik across movie and the the suspense to engage audience make deva a hit
